She was born in Oakland and raised in Tacoma, WA. She’s a hilltop artist. Not bound by painting, her advocacy for the community is her favorite medium. Starting as a graffiti student at the age of twelve and then going on to accomplishing her first mural before thirteen. Tiffanny grew a passion for community-based art projects. In Winston oil paint she began capturing the stories that weren't aligned with our own narrative but instead ones that were not’ heard. At the age of sixteen she developed a career in murals. She grew in skill while collaborating with friends and mentors from Fab-5,  Kenji Stoll and Chris Jordan both poured into what they saw before she recognized her gift, herself.

Tiffanny was always infatuated with creation. It is one of her greatest forms of worship...a sacred practice. As her faith is believing God is the Creator of all things. The idea of emulating God's creative nature, is something that sets her passion ablaze. Not focusing on beauty or perfection, but more an outpouring of her heart's position. She weaves scripture and the wisdom of her elders into a color wheel, creating her own code, so she is able to freely express on any wall and create without restriction.

She began a project called “Face of Nations” in late 2019 after the loss of her brother Andrew Lee Hammonds IIII and Andrew Lee Hammonds III. Growing weary of her favorite outlets.  She resorted back to vibrant-hued figures and characters. Sketching on journals and church programs she then put into practice a face that never stayed the same. FoN was a pattern that her hand created effortlessly. It was like writing her name over and over and coloring the negative space where it overlapped.  When she was asked to title her piece she called it “Face of Nations” for a lack of a better name.  Not knowing it was a prophetic outline for her purpose.

While sitting in the parking lot of Home Depot after getting some paint, Psalms 82, the psalms of Asaph  dropped into her heart. This Psalm holds leaders accountable for the way they rule in the earth, for it speaks against injustices and reminds people of nations who they are in God...that is her mission. To be an instrument that’s loud enough to bring together God’s children. Her goal is to paint images that are not graven but resemble what real grace is.

whatever she's led to do is where you’ll find her.
